I'M DR. SANDY.
I’m a Lifestyle Medicine physician with a deep belief that women deserve more than quick fixes and surface-level wellness advice.
My background is rooted in science, I trained in medicine and spent years working in brain research, where I saw firsthand how stress, sleep disruption, and lifestyle patterns shape mental and physical health. But over time, I also realized that knowledge alone doesn’t create change. What women need is guidance that translates science into real life.
That’s what led me to specialize in lifestyle medicine, mindfulness, and integrative approaches to women’s health. I combine evidence-based medicine with practical tools from neuroscience, behavior change, movement, and nervous system regulation to help women feel energized, balanced, and resilient in their everyday lives.
My work focuses on helping women understand their bodies, recognize patterns, and build sustainable habits that support long-term health and longevity. I don’t believe in extremes, restriction, or pushing through exhaustion. I believe in working with the body, restoring regulation first, then building from there.
Whether I’m working with mothers, professionals, or families, my mission is the same: to help people cultivate health that is rooted in science, guided by awareness, and sustainable for life.
